Anja Health Rebrand

2022—I had the opportunity to lead a website rebranding project for Anja Health, a seed-stage health tech startup focused on affordable cord blood banking.

While we already served hundreds of families, we wanted to ensure our brand resonated with families of all ages and structures as we grew. We wanted to give our community science-backed information in an easy-to-understand format to help them make an informed decision about their family's future health. 

To develop a brand strategy, we thoroughly analyzed the existing website, reviewing the content, design, and user experience, in addition to researching our target audience and competitors.

What changed?

  • Color and typography choices that feel trustworthy & timeless, highlighting Anja's clinical expertise

  • A new photography style that celebrates real families and the uniqueness of our community

  • A new, dynamic illustration style that brings delight to the cord banking experience

  • A new wordmark that feels modern, mature, and still approachable

After launching the new website, we monitored user engagement and tracked key metrics. The results were positive, with increased traffic, engagement, and conversions. Customer feedback was also positive, with many users praising the new design and improved user experience.
